SAP S/4 FICO Solution Specialist II - Remote + Travel
Role Summary:
The SAP S/4 FICO Solution Specialist II is a member of the SAP Operations Team that is responsible for SAP Run and Maintain supporting on-time ticket resolution and small projects delivery. This position helps maintain a best-in-class SAP systems environment and applications suite (SAP S/4, HANA Sidecar, SAC) that are scalable and supportive of future growth.
This role will also engage key stakeholders across supporting functions including IT, Finance, and Security (SoX Compliance). The SAP S/4 Solution Specialist will support aligning Finance business process and technology by managing Incident and Service Request tickets as well as participating on small project teams.
The position is based in Tallahassee or Tampa or Orlando or Gainesville or South Georgia or South Alabama. Willingness to work non standard business hours (evenings, weekend) on a rotating schedule is required.
Position Requirements
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Work to ensure 100% availability of SAP systems working with managed services providers- both support services and technical services (hosting and basis services)
• Understand the business processes and business strategy for all business areas and deliver SAP ERP solutions to key business processes: record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, plan to produce & integration to key systems such as POS and Analytics.
• Coordinate efforts across other Non-SAP applications to support IT integrations
• Support the production environments and application operations to ensure successful delivery of business services and to identify and support new solutions, programs and enhancements for SAP platforms that are consistent with achieving organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with all business departments, SAP architecture teams, and the Program Management office to manage the work and expectations to deliver results; Interactions may include all levels of IT and business leadership.
• Coordinate with other IT functions (IT Security, Network Operations, etc.) to perform analysis and design of applications and systems.
• Liaison between IT and the user community to provide support primarily for the SAP Finance and related sub-modules (e.g. Profitability Analysis, Treasury, Product Costing and Material Ledger) and functions, work closely with cross-functional team members to resolve business process issues, and manage enhancements.
• Serve as in-house expert on enterprise-wide technologies (e.g. SAP S/4HANA Finance and integration with SAP and non-SAP cross-application modules, PayChex, Concur), business processes and end-user information delivery tools.
• Ensures company standard practices and procedures are followed in connection with all Information Technology department functions.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related study, is required.
• SAP or related experience in various Functional or Technical positions desirable
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams to resolve issues to closure -- SAP Architecture, SAP FI-CO, CO-PA, CO-PC.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple concurrent deliverables of team/SME, developed internal/external relationships, established cross-team partnership.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities to maintain a balance between day to day operations and projects
ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be able to pass a level 2 background check
• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.

• To uniformly align with the organization, an individual must be able to provide a level of communication that aligns respectively with the diversification of our patients which may exhibit opportunities to assess the situation and apply meaningful service. In addition, must be able to quickly identify and insert additional support where needed to deescalate situations without compromising Trulieve’s objective in serving our patient base with excellent customer service.
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
WORK SCHEDULE:
40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on business needs. Evenings, weekends and holiday work on rotating schedule is required.
