Due to continued firm growth, the Law Office of Ligori & Ligori has an opening for a Receptionist.
We value our team and offer:
• Two weeks of paid vacation after one year.

The responsibilities include:
• Answering phones for clients and vendors professionally.
• Processing incoming mail including medical records and legal documents.
• Writing and processing documents to be mailed out.
• The right candidate will be a permanent receptionist that helps with legal documents and client files.
Qualifications :
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• The candidate must have prior receptionist experience.
• Have excellent phone skills.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must be a team player and work well with others.
• Must be professional at all times, work well under pressure, and be able to multitask.
Salary:
• The pay is $13/Hr.
