Job Description Infosys is seeking an Oracle Applications Database Administration (Oracle Apps DBA) . The position will primarily be responsible for providing DBA Support for Oracle P2P Application Development Team.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• 7 years of Information Technology experience
• 3 years of Oracle Applications Database Administration experience
• Experience of working in EBS R 12.2 environment is a MUST
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required, we are not able to sponsor at this time
Preferred Qualifications: • Strong in Oracle E-Biz R12 Suite Architecture with working experience in Multi-Node Architecture
• Excellent command over SQL and PL/SQL.
• SQL Tuning and troubleshooting, Trace file analysis
• Experienced in Database and System Performance Tuning
• Very good at Troubleshooting of Oracle Databases and E-Biz application - Should have worked with HANG Analyzer, system state dump, AWR analysis etc.
• Installation and configuration of the Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Internet directory and Oracle Webcenter portal.
• Creating and managing custom managed servers in Oracle webcenter portal in multimode environment.
• Understanding of various certificates types and standards for using the SSL/TLS protocols (Verisign, MPI etc….)
• Oracle Webcenter Imaging installation and integrating with Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experienced in working very complex PROD environments.
• Good experience in 11g with strong skills in concepts and architecture and hands on experience on Oracle 11g RAC
• Backup and Recovery skills with Dataguard implementation, RMAN configuration & Setup Experienced in working very complex PROD environments.
• WebLogic Administration expertise
• Punchout integration
• ECC – maintenance and configuration
• Debug performance issue with Concurrent Programs and SQL trace files
• Weblogic/IPM/ADF servers
• iSupplier/Mobile experience for External Node setup.
• Load Balancer configurations
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.  Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
