Marketing Manager (Marketing Segment Advisor) — Remote Option
The Marketing Manager (Segment Marketing Advisor) position will report to the Director of Marketing for myMatrixx, an Express Scripts company. The myMatrixx brand is the workers’ compensation division of Evernorth, Cigna’s Health Services organization and is headquartered in Tampa, Florida but with an option to work remotely.
This position is responsible for leading a series of cross-functional strategic initiatives and assisting in the day-to-day project management and workflow to assist the business. This role requires the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with senior leadership and other internal and external stakeholders to align on goals and develop marketing strategies to grow the myMatrixx portfolio. This position will work closely with leaders across multiple brands within the Cigna and Evernorth enterprise.

· Manage day-to-day needs for many ongoing projects and client requests
· Assist in sales enablement and account management collateral support and documentation
· Work closely with senior leadership to evolve content strategy and identify new emerging trends, positioning the team and brand as thought leaders in the industry
· Regular communication with the members of the team to determine the status of various projects and potential roadblocks for resolution
· Responsible for driving content calendar and working with internal and external agency partners to drive content creation strategies
· Align content with marketing channels across the marketing team and enterprise, including CRM and email campaigns
· Will work closely with team on digital strategy, CMS optimization and website landing page development
· Digital and print advertising strategic and partnership management including media placement, ad optimization and print media articles
· Responsible for assistance in speakership submissions, webinar support and thought leadership presentation guidance
· Sponsorship management with multiple vendors and external partners
· Manage two top-tier large trade show events annually and assist sales and account management teams on needs for small-to-medium event needs
· Promotional support for sales and account management
· Responsible for managing brand social media platforms and B2B social engagement.
· Will work closely with graphic design teams to create aligned imagery and messaging across website, social and collateral
· Work closely with public relations and enterprise teams for corporate enterprise alignment
· Collaborate with team on internal and external communications as it relates to marketing initiatives and strategies
· Assist in management of vendor invoices, purchase orders and team budget
Qualifications and Competencies should include:
· Bachelor's Degree ; MBA or Masters Degree a plus
· 5+ years experience as marketing professional
· Self-motivated, detail oriented and willingness to adapt to strategic and tactical needs in a fast-paced, changing environment
· Strong project management skills and ability to be an innovative thinker and problem solver
· Considerable communication skills, whether through emails, calls, daily check-ins or team meetings
· Digital and online marketing experience including website (CMS), paid media and social media management. Knowledge of B2B social media marketing is a plus.
· Content management and thought leadership strategy experience
· Event and/or conference planning experience a plus
· Ability to travel occasionally (less than 25%).
