Facility Maintenance Staff Member

The Facility Maintenance team is responsible for preparing the Bay Hope Church campuses for events and activities, maintaining buildings and grounds, and responding to work orders from the ministry departments.
The Facilities team ensures that the operations of the church run smoothly for guests, Church staff, and outside vendors to accomplish the day-to-day tasks and overall goals of the campuses.
Facilities team members must be able to communicate clearly, directly and effectively when interacting with members, guests, volunteers, staff, Church leadership, contractors, and outside vendors. Facilities team members must maintain a high standard of excellence for the work they do and a Christ-like attitude to ensure the Church is able to accomplish their goals. Handyman or electrical experience is preferred.
