Full Job Description Car Wash Associate
Summary:
To provide customer service to every customer and to ensure a positive and enjoyable customer experience. A car wash associate should always strive for the best output of vehicles, while still maintaining site safety and excellent customer service. Also, a car wash associate must always stand by Bubble Down, mission and values by modeling the right behaviors and performances
Daily Functions and Responsibilities:
• Adhere to all health, safety and security practices at Bubble Down.
• Greet customers and provided excellence service based on the customer’s needs.
• Recommend to customers and help the customers select products based on their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot equipment in accordance with abilities and report equipment to upper management.
• Hustles, smiles and shows good engagement with staff and customers.
• Ability to use good sound judgement and make decisions in line with job functions.
• General housekeeping and cleanliness for their site by inspecting, cleaning and setting the example for site cleanliness and appearance.
Other Skills and Requirements:
• Standing and walking for long periods of time.
• Problem solving
• Lifting, pushing and pulling over 50 LBS at times.
• Ability to read and speak to customers
• Basic computer knowledge, leaning how to work the site point of sale system.
• Able to deal with up and down weather conditions.
• Ability to learn fast and something new every day, while having fun.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
