Primary Responsibilities
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Must be able to meet company efficiency and OTD goals
• Work effectively with other departments to ensure production has all materials, procedures and instructions needed to complete orders on time
• Ensure processes are followed correctly
• Run reports from our ERP system in order to prepare work centers
• Review job travelers
• Train new employees
• Update and provide process changes to staff
• Work efficiently with upper management to ensure processes are running smoothly
• Maintain a neat work environment
• Offer suggestions for continual improvement.
The Group Lead (Copper or Fiber) will demonstrate a working knowledge of locating and understanding our ERP system reporting tools. Such as:
• Summer Hours Report
• Final Assembly Detail Report (FAS)
• Orders and Shortages Report
• Item Maintenance product and component Report
• Other reports needed to ensure shipment of product
Experience
• Associate degree preferred
• 2-3 years assembly lead/ supervisory experience
• Good working knowledge of hand tools (stripping tools, crimping tools, over mold equipment, presses, drills and measuring devices.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
