Full Job Description Client Services Specialist (Remote)

We are in search of an ambitious, self-motivated Client Service Specialist to develop strong relationships with clients and assist with retention efforts. We provide a competitive base salary plus Bonus.
Our Client Services Specialists are key to the success of the company. You will be servicing current and future clients by processing their pharmaceutical returns. The company has been a pioneer in the industry and our exceptional service is the reason we have been in business for over three decades.
We are seeking a someone who is enjoys interacting with customers to develop strong relationships while assisting them throughout the return process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills as well as enjoying traveling from client to client. The Job Responsibilities*
• Performs on-site inventory of pharmaceutical returns
• Research ways to improve upon the client's experience
• Quickly responds to customer concerns and finds the best possible resolution to the issue
• Assist the company with retention efforts by maintaining consistent contact with the client and ensuring they are receiving the best possible service
• Ability to professionally communicate, both written and verbally including email interaction with clients.
• Become a trusted and valued business partner to the clients in your territory
Requirements:
• Regional-based position working remotely with extensive travel by car within a large designated territory
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Pharmacy and/or account management experience a plus
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and a desire to succeed
• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software a plus
• Certain physical requirements are needed to perform the essential functions of this position
