Full Job Description RCS is seeking a career-minded individual with 4 years of experience in Commercial/Industrial Refrigeration to join our team of professionals. Primarily responsible for performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment including refrigeration, rack systems, compressors, freezers, coolers, ice machines, and refrigeration controls.

Experience: 4 years (Required) Refrigeration
Education : High School/GED and/or trade or technical classes
Successful Technician will have :
• Mechanical aptitude
• Good customer relations and interpersonal skills
• A "self-starter" attitude and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
• Great oral and written communication skills
• Ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Currently hold an EPA Certification
• Clean driving record
• Valid Driver's License
• Pre-employment Background Screening (Criminal, Drug, DMV) required for ALL Positions
• Ability to pass drug test
• Must be able to lift 50 lb.
• Roof access and ability to climb a ladder
• Run Daytime, nighttime, weekend and holiday emergency service calls.
• Be available to respond to emergency situations on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Proficient in English
