Daily Responsibilities of a Radiology Technician/Medical Assistant:
• Prepare patients for radiology procedures and follow established clinical and regulatory procedures in regards to patient safety and care; including proper radiation protection and shielding techniques
• Log radiological procedures, process routine documentation in EMR and logs
Requirements for Radiology Technician/Medical Assistant:
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Active ARRT Certification
• Valid State RT license with Limited Scope Practice
• CPR Certified
• 6 months- 1+ years clinical/RT experience, preferably in primary or urgent care setting (Open to New Grads)
• MA back-office experience including rooming patients, vitals, EKGs, injections/phlebotomy, updating medical records, etc.
Hours for this Position:
• Monday – Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm/ Saturday: 8:00am – 6:00pm/ Sunday: 1-5pm
• 12 hour shift with rotating weekend schedule
