The Dance Administrative Coordinator coordinates the daily activities of the dance education office. The position partners with the Dance Department Chair on Next Generation Ballet (NGB)-related items.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicates pertinent Dance Department information to parents, students, artistic staff, and Conservatory staff.
• Assists in booking the NGB Summer Intensive audition tour.
• Coordinates Youth America Grand Prix Semi-Finals and Finals Registration, including music collection and submission.
• Assists in performance prep for Nutcracker, spring and summer events.
• Oversees the spring performance costumes.
• Assists in Next Generation Ballet Summer Intensive prep.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
• Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for employment.

• Experience with establishing and maintaining positive relationships with children, parents, dance educators, artists, and administrators.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be willing and available to work on-site(vs. remote work).
Education and Work Experience:
• College degree in related area.
• Equivalent experience may be substituted for college degree
