This position sits within the Internal Audit Operations team, which is a support function of the overall Internal Audit Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing a team of resource professionals who maintain and update the Internal Audit resource scheduling tool.
• Coordinate with resourcing team, business managers and senior leaders to ensure timely and accurate scheduling of global IA workforce.
• Responsible for ongoing analysis and reporting to Senior Management, including recommendations.  Contributes to executing recommendations as required.
• Understand Citigroup and IA priorities and key strategic initiatives to lead the IA Resource Management Team, oversee resource sharing and ensure timely and accurate scheduling of assurance plan.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify issues and to develop and execute action plans across all areas of our people strategy including diversity, individual and team development, performance management, rewards and recognition, and workforce planning to address short and long term needs/skill gaps.
• Understand IA to positively influence deployment decisions with goal of balancing workload, optimizing utilization, promoting flexibility, diversity initiatives, and providing broad-based experiences and developmental opportunities while balancing firm and client needs.
• Assist with IA wide staffing decisions while considering individual development needs, career interests, and broad-based experiences.

Criteria/Qualifications:
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Highly analytical with ability to interpret complex data sets
• A self-aware, self-confident individual who has well developed listening skills, an ability to engage a group of accomplished business unit heads; who will partner with the IA audit team with regards to resource management activities
• Good interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of key internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Effective project management skills
Knowledge/Experience:
• Experience in team management and collaborating with large global teams
• Experience in a related role (business, human capital and resource management)
Skills:
• Highly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Ability to work with virtual, cross-functional, and matrixed teams
Qualifications:
• BA/BS or equivalent preferred
