Responsibilities:
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical development plan for execution
• Utilize in-depth knowledge across multiple Applications Development to provide technical oversight and development
• Translate architectural technical designs into executable development plan
• Code, maintain, and document in-house library (Python)
• Monitor and execute releases and builds (Docker, Openshift, Jenkins, etc.)
• Provide in-depth technical code review for code optimization
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Technical Qualifications:
• Should have spent at least 85% of time in coding in his/her past engagement
• Experience in end to end project life cycle
• Strong object oriented programming knowledge
• Understanding of how UI components interact with backend (Angular, TypeScript, SASS)
• Programming languages:
• Python: Min 3+ Years
DevOps:
• 2+ years’ experience on Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• 2+ years’ experience on CI/CD pipeline setup with Jenkins, Git, SonarQube
• 1+ years’ experience on ELK Stack
Workflow Management:
• 2+ years’ experience on Luigi/Apache Airflow
Data Ingestion:
• 3+ years’ experience on REST APIs
• 1+ years’ experience on Apache Kafka
Bonus Qualifications:
• Working experience on AI/ML domain
• Working experience on Hadoop Ecosystem
• NoSql- Mongo: or relevant experience in non-relational databases
• Scripting: shell/bash
• Contribution to open-source libraries
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
