Work with accounting and operations teams to identify unique business processes within the client’s organization. Review output files from the property management system to identify codes which need to be mapped into our software. Plan, manage, and coordinate this effort with the customer to help streamline and improve overall efficiency.Essential Duties: The duties listed below are the essential functions of this position, and they may change as the needs of the company demand. All associates are expected to do what is necessary to get the work done and to cooperate fully with their supervisor’s requests for additional or altered duties. Primary ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary customer contact and project manager throughout the entire implementation process, and may act as the point of contact for escalations for customers working with less experienced team membersGather specific business requirements from customerEstablish data feeds between hotel property management systems and M3.Translate codes from output files into our accounting software based on industry standards.Responsible for ensuring data accuracy.Train clients how to effectively manage and maintain data post go live.Create and maintain support documentation for both customers and in-house personnel.Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deliver customer requests.Participate in training activities to maintain technical currency, and to broaden product knowledge.Perform other duties as assigned. Education/Training/Experience:Two to five years of experience in a related position preferredBachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Accounting preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to balance and manage several projects at varying stages of completion at one time.Ability to work in a time critical environment and possess a sense of urgency.Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.This position requires excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate articulately using professionally written and spoken English.Must have strong Excel skills, plus a solid knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, database and presentation software (MSWordAccess, PowerPoint)Specific certifications and trainings adding to the global experience of this professional welcomed and desired.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.This position requires the ability to work in an office setting, sitting at a computer work station, with the ability to work the majority of the day using the computer, telephone and basic office equipment.Ability to perform work on a computer for extended periods.Ability to travel infrequently in representing the company’s interests required.This position requires regular attendance, punctuality and the ability to work a full-time position during normal office hours as well as some time on weekends and evenings when project needs or scheduling requirements dictate the need.May be required to work unconventional hours or shifts, weekends, holidays.Ability to bend and lift up to 25 lbs.  Employment Type: OTHER UNKNOWN
