You will greet guest in a warm, friendly, and inviting manner. This role supports the general administrative needs of the office and conference room.  RESPONSIBILITIES:Main LobbyAnswer and route telephone calls to the appropriate department. Schedule client shopping appointment requests. Distribute emergency food boxes and agencies information to neighbors with food needs. Log packages, daily mail, and other non-food deliveries and notify intended recipient.Direct guest to appropriate area(s). Conference RoomsCoordinate all scheduling of the conference room.Assist in meeting room set up and special arrangements; returned room to standard set up.Assist with preparation of Board Meetings. Administrative FunctionsAssist with vendor relations by coordinating vendor calls for on-site maintenance and repairs.Sort, record, and distribute the incoming mail to appropriate department.Order general office supplies and maintain the organization of the supply closet.Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bilingual communicator.Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.Experience managing priorities across teams.
