Overview:Florida Home-Improvement Associates is the leading provider of quality home remodeling products to Florida residents statewide. When you join the FHIA team- which has doubled in size in the past year- you’ll be part of a family-oriented and professional company that is invested in your future.This role is an administrative, construction coordinator role which will be involved in assisting the operations team to manage installations in the Tampa Bay area.  We offer:$16.00 to $17.00/hr based on experience and skillsFull-time schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PMPaid Vacation and Holidays401(k)Full Health, Dental and Life InsuranceResponsibilities:Receiving and handling contractsPreparing permit paperworkSending jobs out to measureProcessing paymentsScheduling installations for new customers and service calls with existing customersCoordinating all HOA paperwork for customersCalling and scheduling inspections with Cities as neededTaking customer complaints and directing the issues to the correct person for the customerRoofing material take-offs, scheduling dumpster and material deliveries and installation with the customerServe as the liaison between homeowners, Installers, and Field ManagersMaintain the computer system by updating and entering job-related dataPlan ahead to prevent problems and resolving current issuesQualifications:Bilingual skills in Spanish- a must2+ years administrative experience in home remodeling or construction - preferredExperience in the roofing industry- a plus!Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision while managing schedules for othersMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced experience with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickbooksAttention to detail with accurate and excellent data entry skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to communicate efficiently and effectivelyExcellent time and project management skills Employment Type: OTHER UNKNOWN
