JOB LISTING DETAIL:
• The Service Leads Program Manager, Associate, will be responsible for managing the current program to ensure overall performance stays on track to ensure annual goals are met at year-end. As part of this role, the Service Leads Program Manager will analyze the leads generated to better inform the evolution plans while partnering with the Service teams to deliver results.
• This is a role for self-starting, proactive, creative, and innovative thinker that can analyze data to improve and evolve the program as it aligns to Client's key objectives and goals and the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for the daily reporting of program performance and sales – includes leads tracking, campaign and source code maintenance, quality control and call monitoring for additional training opportunities, and developing and leading the monthly core team meetings.
• Leverage analytics to drive better lead quality while preparing for the Service Central migration.
• Manage, track and manually distribute approximately 5,000 leads annually while developing a better handling method with our special lead requests from this program.
• Develop learning agenda aligned to the evolution plan to deploy tests and analyze results.
• Partner with key stakeholders to develop technology business requirements and roadmaps to evolve the current program.
• Ensure high quality execution through best practices and processes for future test designs, script design, lead generation requirements and other tactics.
• Document processes for business continuity.
• Build relationships with our key partners across Marketing, Service, and Agency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of lead program management experience.
• Subject matter expert in Excel and Salesforce.
• Must be able to identify business opportunities that align with Client's Marketing Strategy.
• Must have broad knowledge of business strategies and processes.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to identify business issues, analyze causations as well as recommend technical solutions and any potential business risks.
• Ability to understand strategic business opportunities and deliver vision and solutions that provide actionable and quantifiable outcomes.
• Strong written/oral communication and presentation skills required to present monthly with the core working team.
