How I will contribute As a Human Resources and Benefits Administrator, you are a vital member of our Human Resource Services consulting practice.  Apart of a leading Human Capital Management company, our Services team supports key clients that contract us as their expert in-house HR resource.  You will be a primary point of contact for a dedicated group ofclients,supporting their day-to-day HR administrative needs.  Owning HR and benefit inquiries, new employee on-boarding, accurate company and department records, employee benefit enrollment and tracking,open enrollment activities, employee leave of absences, and off-boarding.  Use your HR expertise and knowledge of best practices, promoting positive employee relations, and consulting for a variety of companies.  Working with our team of HR Managers and Payroll professionals- impacting the communities and culture of our clients.   HR Administration- new employee onboarding and documentation, create and manage employee personnel files, Periodical system audits to ensure data integrity.  Complete off-boarding activities.  Benefits Administration- Initiate, communicate, & assist employees with benefit enrollment and provide plan summaries.  Support client with open enrollment activities and communications.  Enroll and terminate employees in carrier sites and COBRA management.  Assist and approve employee qualifying life events.  Manage & track employee leave and missed benefits.  Communicate with employees on company policy & federal & state laws concerning leave. Relationship Management- a customer centric focus and the ability to provide best in class service to our customers.  Be their right hand- and HR expert.     What I willbring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.  Equivalent experience, in HR, and Benefits will be considered.  2+ years of experience withHRadministration, benefits administration, and knowledge of the payroll process.Expert knowledge of general human resource and benefit protocols,at Federal and State levels.  Knowledge of multi-state employment practices.  Previous experience withmultiple HCM systems and platforms such as Paycom, Asure, iSolved, ADP, Paylocity, Exponent, UltiPro, Bamboo, etc.A working knowledge of benefit plans, including H.S.A., F.S.A., 401k, medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, and ADD/Life, with various insurance carriersCertified HR, Payroll or Benefits Professional (SHRM-CP, PHR, CPP or CBP) preferred.Strong focus on compliance and reporting with an acute attention to detail, organizational and record keeping skills.  Excellent editing and proofreading skills.Software skills including MS Office, with proficient knowledge in Excel.Ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines; naturally able to prioritize activities that may be conflicting, with the biggest impact and focus time/effort accordingly.Independent critical thinker, creative problem solver who is proactive, solution oriented and able to anticipate needs.
