Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Transportation Company in the Tampa area.  We are seeking a Customer Service Representatives.
Service Representatives Job Duties:
• Managing inbound and outbound calls.
• Collaborating with clients, patients, drivers, and translators.
• Collecting and entering appointment information.
• Meeting production expectations.
Customer Service Representatives Job Requirements:
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Well organized and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills.
• Experience Microsoft office.
• Bilingual a plus!
Customer Service Representatives Hours: 12:00 pm to 9:30 pm
