Qualifications
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
• Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
• Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
• Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages including Java (Java 8 preferred) with various testing frameworks (Cucumber / Protractor / Selenium) and exposure to UNIX shell scripting and other languages
• Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement, strong experience in Application Delivery & Rick Management including managing IT Demand & IT Capacity
• RESTful micro services architecture with Spring / Spring Boot MVC and advanced experience working with Oracle database technology
• As a people manager, provide mentoring and leadership to the organization including  year-end appraisals, client & stakeholder management, and develop members of the organization, as well as serving as a role model for the enterprise
• Experience in working in an Agile environment
