Please note that the individual selected for this position will not be a direct employee of Owensboro Health. # Contractor will perform cosmetology services at the Salon (the #Services#) in accordance with the level of professional standards required and communicated by Facility and the applicable licensure requirements applicable to Contractor.# Facility and Contractor shall mutually agree upon a schedule for the provision of Contractor#s services at the Salon. Contractor and Facility shall reasonably cooperate to establish appointments for residents of Facility and any other person upon which the parties agree who shall receive Services from Contractor hereunder.# Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and accessories needed to perform the Services; provided, however, that Facility will provide housekeeping services, including laundering of towels, in the Salon. Contractor will be responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines while providing the Services, including any laws and regulations applicable to Facility or Salon.# Contractor shall also be responsible to regularly undergo the Facility#s training on all applicable rules and regulations of Facility, and shall compliance with all applicable Facility rules and regulations which providing Services hereunder. #
