You Will Be Responsible For:
• Creates a safe, friendly environment with quality supervision and caring service for the members and their children
• Organizes and actively participates with the in children in creative play, games, crafts and activities such as songs and stories. Provides a happy and wholesome experience.
• Maintains sign in and out requirements, child information forms, photo release forms and liability forms. Keeps parents informed of policies and procedure, and enforces policies concerning behavior and illness for the harmony of the facility
• Conducts daily inspections to verify that all safety issues are in force and that cleanliness and housekeeping tasks are completed
• Utilizes good listening skills when conflict or discipline issues arise, and problem solves professionally. Reports any accidents or injuries immediately using incident report forms
What You Will Need:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years’ childcare or related experience
• Infant/Child/Adult CPR/AED
• Excellent communication skills
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Organizational skills
• Multi-task oriented
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and have good comprehension of conversational English
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Job Summary:
Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. The Kids Klub attendant supervises the infants/children and ensures a safe, fun environment that positively contributes to the members and children’s enjoyment and well-being. Engages the children in activities and creative play. Assists with programs that are coordinated by the department.
