Classification: Accounts Payable Clerk
Compensation: $35000.00 to $45000.00 yearly
A Robert Half client in Brandon is hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist on a full-time, direct-hire basis.
This position will be responsible for the following:
1. Receiving invoices through a queue system and reviewing for accuracy
2. Coding invoices to the GL
3. Matching invoices with associated documentation and entering into software
4. Month-end account reconciliations
5. Other accounting tasks as needed
Job Requirements
Position Requirements:
1. 2+ years of AP experience
2. High-volume AP experience highly preferred
3. Good understanding of accounting concepts
4. Proficient in MS Excel
5. Highschool diploma
