Classification: Accounts Payable Clerk
Compensation: $40000.00 to $50000.00 yearly
A Robert Half client in Tampa is hiring for an Accounts Payable Coordinator on a full-time, direct-hire basis.
This position will be responsible for the following:
1. Receiving, reviewing, and verifying invoice information for accuracy
2. Matching invoices with all associated documentation
3. Coding invoices to the general ledger for proper cost association
4. Entering invoices into company software for approval and payment initiation
5. Other AP related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Position Requirements:
1. 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
2. Must be comfortable learning new software including proprietary software systems
3. Intermediate Excel skills preferred
4. Highschool diploma required
5. Must have strong attention to detail
