As a Product Enablement Manager at ReliaQuest, y ou are a proactive strategist who intricately understand s GreyMatter and our customers’ needs, and you easily synthesize the two into comprehensive enablement strategies. The e veryday hustle
A day in the life of a Product Enablement Manager can include (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:
• Product Evangeli st : Serve as a GreyMatter subject matter expert an d enthusiastic educator . You have a natural p assion for sharing your product knowledge and engaging with our internal teams and user communities about all things GreyMatter .
• Product Launches : Support product launches by preparing and enabling cross-functional teams to understand our solutions. Plan , project-manage, and c ommunicate product launch status and KPIs to stakeholders. Collaborate in the product release process to understand product enablement needs . Identify business stakeholders, provide timelines for delivery , and execute.
• Training : Facilitate all aspects of foundational and continuous GreyMatter learning programs - including consulting on and developing training content , product certification s , etc. Iterate all training programs based on product updates and changing service offerings . Identify training needs and deliver a diverse portfolio of enablement content such as video, audio, interactive online modules, etc .
• Content Development & Management : Develop and maintain a library of product enablement collateral . E nsur e all content is relevant by continuously updating or deprecating the material , while also refining standards.
• Program Development & Management : Work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to develop, execute, optimize , and assess enablement plans and priorities. A lign people and processes by providing integrated content and training around GreyMatter , our services, product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You enable our internal stakeholders around all things product in a consistent, efficient manner.
• Strategy & Roadmap : Understand the enablement program vision. Own the enablement strategy for your GreyMatter capability(ies) and ensure continued success, relevance, and evolution.
• Prioritization : Determine and balance workstream priorities alongside ongoing product enablement needs from cross-functional s takeholders and our customer s . Identify and prioritize product-related knowledge and performance gaps across the cross functional teams and design role-based learning strategies to address them.
• Collaboration : C oordinat e multiple enablement programs and deliverables by regularly engaging with cross-functional teams. A rticulate appropriate product information and updates to ensure company-wide alignment . D evelop credible alliances and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain a working relationship with cross-functional teams to
• Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of GreyMatter and customize product training and education programs specific to various stakeholders’ needs. T ranslate technical concepts around product capabilities into concise and effective messaging . P rovide detailed product knowledge and techniques in a simple yet cohesive manner to continuously drive customer success and adoption of the platform.
• Innovation : D esign creative enablement solutions that support cross-enterprise initiatives and global product launches concurrently and at scale . C ontinuously mature and evolve the product enablement programs in a fast-paced and complex organization.
• Measurement : Define success criteria for collateral and program acceptance . A nalyze program measurements tied to business outcomes.
• Feedback : Assess product enablement needs and manage feedback loops across multiple departments . Provide the team insight and product feedback gleaned from the various enablement programs, product launches, or other events . C ontribut e to transforming our platform and ongoing product management processes.
