We heard you knock! Responsibilities:
• Lead the effort to harmonize and rationalize the Marketing technology stack against current and future requirements, maximizing effectiveness of tools and value derived from budget.
• Lead the cross-functional effort that designs, implements and integrates marketing technology infrastructure, processes, governance and data models. Uncover new analytical models, tools and applications that can add incremental value to the organization.
• Enable data-driven business strategy by building a thorough understanding of the customer and consumer data available in the Masonite martech stack and work with IT and marketing leaders to transform and present the data as actionable insights.
• Implement and optimize data collection tags and analytics tools of current martech stack, in collaboration with IT and other departments.
• Define a set of key metrics that embodies the underlying drivers and measures performance of the business inclusive of multichannel and traditional marketing programs. Builds, maintains and optimizes dashboards in PowerBI based on a deep understanding of the ROI of marketing analytics.
• Ensure data and insights are communicated effectively in a way that is tailored and contextualized to Masonite leadership by   designing and implementing automated and actionable dashboards and reports in PowerBI.
• Define the data acquisition strategy to ensure that desired levels of breadth and quality are achieved to support all aspects of marketing. Works with marketing managers to outline measurement plans for comprehensive, multichannel marketing programs and campaigns.
• Ensures compliance with all regional/national/local compliance regulations (e.g. CCPA, CASL, etc.) in collaboration with legal team.
• Track actual marketing budgets against forecast and escalates potential misses to stakeholders.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, business, economics, marketing or related field.
• MBA preferred.
Experience:
• 7 years of marketing experience.
• 5+ years of data management or analysis work.
• Experience in managing marketing technology stack.
• Experience in building dashboards in PowerBI.
• Track record in:
• Using analytics to move business metrics.
• Managing projects with multiple workstreams.
• Communicating cross-functionally.
• Enhancing the perception and use of analytics.
