As part of Finance and Risk Shared Services (FRSS), Tax Information Reporting (TIR) is responsible for end-to-end client tax activities including validation of client tax certifications, withholding, information reporting under Internal Revenue Service, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) regimes, Citi-wide governance, and US non-income tax including sales & use tax, personal property tax, and others.

End User Computing (EUC) Governance Champion (Tax Information Reporting) – C12
In partnership with the FRSS Risk & Control team, oversee compliance of all EUC policies and rules as published by the Citi Data Office (CDO) across the global Tax Information Reporting team.  Assist in identifying solutions in order to retire existing EUCs.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee compliance of all EUC policies and rules as published by the Citi Data Office (CDO) across the global Tax Information Reporting team
• Escalate control breaks and timeliness issues for resolution
• Attend all relevant EUC meetings and understand/communicate any changes to relevant policies to global team
• Work closely with EUC owners and EUC champions in other Citi locations
Qualifications:
• Incumbent should have 5 + years of experience in finance, accounting, tax, or risk within the final services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Knowledge of tax information reporting activities is preferred
• Quick learner with excellent communication skills, team orientation, and ability to work with counterparts in different areas of organization
Critical Competencies:
• Strong understanding and appreciation of internal control environment, metrics and reporting, and data quality initiatives/expectations
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in administering EUCs within financial institution preferred
• Experience with Power BI, Python, KNIME, Xceptor, or other digital tools is preferred
