Job Description
• Outreach to 600+ customers requesting they fill out a Data Access Agreement (DAA) for a 3rd party partner
• Find the correct practice in Salesforce
• Send them the docusign agreement to sign
• Contact a 3rd party partner, if there is an issue with the DAA
• Ensure that the person who signed the agreement is an appropriate signer (admin or owner)
• Save a copy of the DAA to the Salesforce Account for our records
• Add the DAA to a designated Sharepoint site
• Update the list of signed DAAs so that Dev for release to the database
