Responsibilities
This role is responsible for serving as the subject matter expert for Human Resource Analytics along with providing efficient and effective business analysis support. This includes data integrity, tool management and data analysis for various applications in support of HR (HRIS, LMS, ATS and market data tools). The incumbent will provide operations and project support as needed to the HR organization. A collaborative, resourceful mindset, professional demeanor, discretion in dealing with confidential information, creative thinking and HR generalist mindset are essential to performing efficiently in this role.
• Manage the HRIS cloud analytics tools including: dashboards, update processes, documentation and training
• Provide analytical support by extracting data out of various HR systems and creating a story for HRBPs and General Managers (understanding the data/trends)
• Manage the interface with HR/HRIS on data requirements for reporting requirements
• Manage the assessment and exit interview tools and respective analytics
• Create and publish reports from the HR systems.
• Assist in data management, documentation, training, general initiatives
• Work with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most suitable technical/process/data solutions
• Assist users of various HR technologies with questions as well as prepare training materials
• Pull market data and utilize to analyze and understand the environment in our current and future facilities
• Partner with Marketing, Talent Acquisition and HRBP’s to ensure we are using social media platforms to the fullest extent
• Lead or participate in special HR projects
Qualifications
• Very strong analysis and process orientation skills and use of technology for efficiency
• Must have strong knowledge of data structure/systems and project management skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with solid business acumen and time management ability
• Very strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, general programming experience, use of SharePoint and cloud based HR systems
• Required Experience
• BS in related field preferred
• 2+ years of HRIS/HR professional experience – progressing in roles
• Hybrid (on-site and remote)
