4M Building Solutions is seeking to hire a paid, full time, Regional Coordinator to join our company. We are a company that takes pride in our 360 Degree Teamwork and Family Culture.
Job Description:
Hiring  (Tampa, Riverview, Brandon, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Orlando)
Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Kwantek - Place new ads when needed. Keep job ads updated on bi-monthly basis. Recruit candidates for new jobs starts . Call and set up interviews when needed. Assist in sending candidates pre-employment requests as well as onboarding. paperwork to pull through the process. Review and approve completed onboarding and I-9 forms.
Winteam - Importing new hires into the system and assigning Team Member #'s .
Enter termination and pay rate change PCN's.
Files: Print and put together Team Member Personnel Files (Manilla, Blue, and Red). Keep I-9 binders up to date (Active and Inactive). Pull terminated Team Member files and place them in the terminated file cabinet. Yearly purging of both TM files and I-9 forms.
Payroll- Assist RM and Division Administrator in approving hours in eHub for the region. Enter Pay rate changes, address changes, and W-4 changes in the system. We have a payroll department in our corporate office in St. Louis MO you will only need to enter data, NOT process payroll.
Miscellaneous- Complete unemployment claims on Equifax Casebuilder. Track the number of Drug Tests and order when needed. Track team member's shirt inventory and order when needed.
Reporting- Update Regional Goal Tracker and send out on a weekly basis. Run paycheck warning report bi-weekly to determine if terminations needed to be completed. Run work order reports on a monthly basis and as requested by Marc/Dan.  Complete ACA Eligibility report weekly and send it to HR. Ehub tracking work tickets, Corrigo WO tracking and facial recognition.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of General HR standards and processes
- Ability to Be highly organized, ability to multi-task and shift smoothly between numerous projects based on priority.

-Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Bilingual (Spanish) required
