Role Value Proposition:
Global Technology & Operations (GTO) includes over 17,000 associates across 42 countries Service our customers in operations and global customer call centers where we deliver global support services, including global real estate, global corporate security, and global innovation. In this role you will process non-financial and financial post issue transactions. Complete and create correspondence relating to post issue transactions. Respond to direct service requests or inquiries from policyholders, sales agents, call centers, and others regarding a wide range of financial, legal, product, and policy/contract specific issues. Provide interpretation of policy/contract provisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Processes basic to intermediate non-financial transactions.
• Gathers data from various computer systems and organizes the background data to support decision-making.
• Respond to basic to intermediate inquiries, researches and resolves simple to intermediate problems.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of business-related experience
• Strong written communication skills
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of insurance experience
• Strong knowledge of company operations, insurance products, lines of business, relevant regulations, and administrative systems.
• Basic project management skills.
• Strong customer service.
