Job Summary Maintains the grounds of assigned facilities. # Job Responsibilities Performs landscaping of grounds as scheduled and needed. Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises. Removes debris and remediates hazardous conditions. Assists contractors/vendors with on-site events or maintenance. Qualifications High school diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or higher preferred No experience required Driver - Valid driver#s license and 21 years of age required upon hire Skills and Attributes Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
