We are currently looking to add to our team!
Position Overview:
As a Parts Deliver Driver for delivering GM Accessories to GM dealerships assigned to your daily route.
Parts Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
• Deliver GM accessories to GM dealers on one of our 10 dedicated routes.
• Interface with GM dealership personnel to facilitate parts deliveries and returns.
• Effectively manage invoices and inventory on delivery truck to ensure successful delivery of all parts in saleable condition.
• Working at a fast pace, lifting up to 100lbs and climbing in/out of delivery trucks repeatedly throughout the day
• Operate vehicle safely using safe driving techniques taught and promoted by the organization
• Properly maintain vehicles through daily pre & post-trip inspections
• Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to safe lifting techniques and personal protective equipment policies.
• Applicants are preferred to have additional experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check are a condition of employment.
• Participate in special projects, meetings and/or other duties as assigned.
Parts Delivery Driver Qualifications:
• Applicants must possess a valid Florida Driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to read, understand and carry out written instructions in English.
• Ability to understand, communicate and follow verbal instructions in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds regularly.
• Applicants must have at least two years of professional box truck driving experience.
