Job Description & Summary
A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.
Our Financial Analysis and Reporting team is responsible for managing PwC’s financial risk through financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and tactical consulting. As part of the team, you’ll help with budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting, shared services and financing.

Minimum Degree Required :
High School Diploma
Minimum Years of Experience :
4 year(s) 2 years preferred related experience with payroll tax filing, registrations and accounting

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:
• Managing payroll tax filings and amendments for multi-state purposes;
• Remaining current on legislation and regulatory rulings that impact payroll or payroll tax to ensure compliance;
• Overseeing Form W-2 process and addressing corrections needed for Form W-2c purposes;
• Researching and reconciling payroll taxes for each payroll period and quarterly balancing purposes;
• Utilizing ADP SmartCompliance to maintain penalty tax notice and amendment status;
• Administering Workday payroll tax system table data and rates to ensure integrity and calculations;
• Reviewing bonuses for state income tax withholding allocations;
• Preparing and reviewing of weekly and bi-weekly payroll related journal entries;
• Managing relationships with internal clients and all stakeholders;
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors; and,
• Designing, maintaining and producing payroll reporting of wages, tax withholdings, deductions, etc.
