ROLE SUMMARY
The Oncology, Biosimilar, Hemophilia National Account Director (NAD) – in the Payer Account Management (PAM), group focuses on optimizing National Payer access for the Oncology and Hemophilia brands.
The NAD is a trusted business advisor responsible for developing intimate knowledge of the Payer’s business model, in addition to serving as the Payer account expert to all internal Pfizer stakeholders for the Oncology and Hemophilia brands.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities include:
• Develops, executes, and tracks priority national account strategy, which is designed to position Pfizer as an Oncology and Hemophilia partner of choice
• Lead PCA NAD for Oncology, Biosimilar and Hemophilia rebate contracts with the national payer account(s) to optimize business results (including Oncology and Hemophilia brand team interface, scenario modeling, and negotiations as needed)
• Ensure full value of products are communicated and understood by customers
• Provide in-depth oncology and hemophilia disease expertise for Payers
• Deliver payer value propositions for the portfolio of Pfizer oncology and hemophilia products
• Budget Impact Model education for Payers
• Personalize Medicine / biomarker testing Awareness for Payers
• Ensure new oncology and hemophilia product launch readiness for priority Payers
• Leads all aspects of Oncology and Hemophilia input into the Payer business planning and execution
• Provide insight and expertise to internal Pfizer stakeholders (commercial leads, brand teams, etc.) on the National Payer market, business and growth strategies to assist in defining long term relationship strategies and supporting product promotion.
• Coordinates with Account Team partners, Field Force and Headquarters resources to effectively create and leverage synergies and opportunities between Headquarters, the Field Force and the National Account(s).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with eight years or equivalent of demonstrated success with oncology/specialty market, managed markets account management and possess demonstrated success in the following capabilities;

• Fluency in the use of PowerPoint and Excel software packages required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred
• Oncology, Biosimilar, and Buy and Bill experience is preferable
• Contracting experience for Medical Drug Benefit products preferred
