Summary:
We are looking for dynamic candidates! The Member Experience Coordinator is responsible for supporting and retaining members through excellent customer service. The Member Experience Coordinator is part of a larger cross functional team providing customer care and support to established Service Units and troops. They support volunteers in their recruitment efforts of new adult and girl members.
Key Accountabilities
1. Retain, renew, and recruit adult and girl members.
2. Supports and maximize Troop Leaders within an assigned geographic area.
3. Support and maximize Service Units to recruit girls and adults, while supporting troop leaders.
4. Serves as the main point of contact for Service Unit volunteers in an assigned geographic area.
5. Work with the council leadership and local volunteers to establish the appropriate volunteer support team in each assigned Service Unit to meet goals by recruiting, appointing, training, and coaching volunteers.
6. Provides support to assigned troops and Service Units for renewal and new member recruitment campaign efforts.
7. Provides customer care directly to troops and Service Units throughout the year and with regularly scheduled check-ins.
8. Identifies the need for and provides problem solving and conflict resolution when appropriate and elevates issues to the Assistant Director of Member Support, when necessary.
9. Optimizes the use of technology including the customer relationship management system to support customer service for volunteers.
10. Works cross functionally to ensure council goals are met.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
