PROJECT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY
Apex Systems, the nations 2nd largest IT staffing company, is looking for a Project Manager with one of the largest financial service clients nationwide.

Location: Fully remote through fall then 2-3 days onsite (33647)
Duration: 6 months contract to hire

Details:
• The PM will be embedded in one or two Agile squads:
• Ensure the squad is delivering/aligned on project vision and goals
• Facilitate Agile processes and practices
• Promote a healthy squad environment and remove impediments
• The PM oversees cross functional coordination and communication, requirements trace ability, release management, financial reporting, project governance, test case management, and defect tracking concerns to keep delivery on track.
• The PM will work on an IT Business Aligned Delivery Squad:
• This area is designed to bring IT into closer alignment with the Business.
• Building bridges to link traditional Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) teams to Application Development (AD) teams.
• This area is a prioritized, fully aligned and delivery focused group of squads that work to remove roadblocks, increase communication between IT & AD, and work to create more efficient delivery
• This enables the rapid adoption of DevOps and Agility for software development projects.
Requirements:
• Experience in Agile Development, with Scrum Master (or similar) experience
• Previous software development lifecycle experience
• Strong AWS Cloud Infrastructure background / (Ias / IaaC)
• Experience using JIRA , Microsoft Teams, HP PPM, SharePoint
• Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Scrum Master certification preferred
