Job Summary and Qualifications
In this role you will oversee a team and take part in a full range of activities around the selection of candidates. You will deploy and manage team members across many lines of business. Your responsibilities will include requisition data management, job postings and job offers.
What you will do in this role:
• You will manage recruitment activities for particular assigned lines of business
• Develop Recruiter strategies to achieve required results
• Collaborate in the development of team member competencies and skills
• You will conduct and deliver appropriate training on processes, policies and sourcing methods
• You will conduct strategy meetings with stakeholders to identify upcoming needs and initiatives
• Conducts strategic recruiting activities including attending events
• Maintains memberships in rapport with professional associations
What qualifications you will need:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of relevant experience required
• 1+ year of management experience required
• Healthcare Recruiter experience would be helpful
• Lead Recruiting experience within HCA would be helpful
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered in lieu of college degree requirement
