KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Human Resources Transformation and Operation organization.
Responsibilities:
• Work with HR Transformation and Operations Senior Director and team leaders to build out KPMG Learning & Development technology enablement to continue to deliver award-winning learning and development programs
• Support KPMG Learning & Development leadership and demonstrate ability to oversee team members of key project activities
• Support the implementation of solutions for internal clients; assess, design and configure learning technology products, develop technology roadmaps and conduct readiness assessments
• Create and manage necessary implementation documentation
Qualifications:
• Minimum three years of recent experience with a Learning Management System or other project learning technology related systems; experience within a major enterprise organization preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field from an accredited college/university
• Knowledge of major cloud systems (e.g. SAP, SABA, PeopleSoft, Cornerstone OnDemand, QuestionMark, etc.)
• Experience leading and contributing to the activities within a project or team, including excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with project team
• Light travel 10% may be required
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
