KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Software & Technology Procurement to join our Global Procurement organization.
Responsibilities:
• Supports the development and delivery of the software category strategies and annual category plans for assigned medium/high value & complexity contracts
• Leads all aspects of the sourcing and contractual and commercial negotiations with third parties for assigned requests in the software/technology category
• Negotiates contractual terms and conditions, detailed statements of work, pricing, service levels and executes agreements (engaging Engages subject matter experts and/or individuals who can best influence the outcome of supplier negotiations as required) addressing the requirements of the various stakeholders, balancing the business need, the commercial value, and risk mitigation
• Maintains ongoing, productive relationships with all assigned suppliers in the software/technology category
• Is the primary relationship manager with the business units/stakeholders
• Supports the implementation, execution and maintenance of the category governance framework
Qualifications:
• Minimum seven years of recent experience in Procurement, responsible for operations within a large complex organization operating in multiple jurisdictions
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• Subject matter expert or industry expert in Software category
• A proven track record of negotiating large enterprise software agreements as well as medium complexity on premises and software as a service agreement
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices
• Negotiating commercial, legal, standard and complex terms and conditions for software and technology agreements
