Full Job Description Cabinets.com is a growing internet retailer specializing in discount kitchen cabinets. Our offices are based in Tampa, FL. (near US 301/SR 60 in the East Tampa/Brandon area). We have a great company culture made up of talented individuals. We are searching for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, (both written and over the phone) to add to our Customer Service team.
Customer Service Specialists must have well-developed verbal and written communication skills; thorough knowledge of the service or product and ability to describe its functions, features, and details to customers over the phone and through email/chat. Customer service specialists must be able to respond to customer complaints, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Customer Service Specialist
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and online chat related questions.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure all customer needs are being met in a timely and professional manner
• General office and administrative tasks
• Assist customers with technical problems when using our products or services
• Assist customers will all shipping related questions
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Gather customer feedback and share with Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Qualifications:
• Associate Degree or 2 years’ college preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in an administrative/customer service position
• MUST be detail- oriented and able to multi-task
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and a positive attitude
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under tight deadlines
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and possess basic computer skills
