Full Job Description Paralegal/Legal Assistant
Full time Personal Injury (Plaintiff) legal assistant/paralegal needed. Answer phones, meet with clients, open files, scheduling, drafting letters, working with insurance adjusters, writing demands, closing cases, etc. Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel experience a must. Must have basic research skills and strong interpersonal skills. Spanish is not required, but is a plus. Must be willing to pass a background check and a drug screen. References required, salary commensurate with experience.
We are a small but very busy firm, with potential to expand into other areas of law this year. We need an experienced legal assistant/paralegal who needs little supervision to handle a manageable personal injury case load.
