As the campaign manager for Swim, you will oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, digital, and more.
You will also be responsible for the execution and management of client campaigns and their performance. You will be at the forefront of connecting clients to “why Swim’s campaigns work”, inspire action and drive success for the clients we serve.
Work you'll do
As the Campaign Manager, you are expected to bring hands-on experience around the campaign management lifecycle, including leading the campaign operations teams, managing relationships with clients and teammates, and effectively delivering unified communications across multiple channels from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather campaign requirements, timelines, and finalizing briefing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive email or SMS development.
• Manage the creative process related to campaign deliverables (if required).
• Analyze provided HTML assets and revise where necessary.
• Campaign configuration. Audience creation, management, and data troubleshooting
• Quality assurance and testing of campaigns.
• Campaign performance tracking and reporting.
• Management of campaigns and communication of time and scope.
• Managing and maintaining campaign documentation and reports.
• Client and internal training on campaign monitoring and issue resolution management.
• Internal and external training on the platform(s) if needed.
• Campaign/trigger monitoring and issue resolution management.
• Day-to-day support of specific digital platforms and custom applications.
• Active participation in internal and external calls to understand upcoming projects or campaigns.
Qualifications that are Required:
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years related full-time experience in customer support or client services environment.
• Must have a strong understanding of customer service standards.
• Must have strong critical thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Working knowledge of relational database structure.
• Prior experience building email campaigns and setting up user-initiated emails using agency tools.
• Should have knowledge of the building block-based designs using content builder in SFMC.
• Exposure setting up data extensions and AMP scripts for dynamic coding in SFMC.
• Experience editing emails and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and Media Queries
• Self Starter with high attention to detail.
• Experience managing digital dashboards
• Travel up to 15% (while up to 15% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice).
Skills and Competencies:
• Clear, comfortable, persuasive presentation style
• Ability to quickly establish and then refine client relationships
• Speak and write with a clear, concise point-of-view
• Strong grammar and keen visual editing skills to ensure presentation documents and written communications are concise, compelling, and correct
• Ability to assess and shape all firm outputs to adhere to or exceed the level of quality expected by Swim and client alike
• Diligence in preparedness, anticipation, and responsiveness
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Google Suite and content management tools
Job Requirements:
• Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Required Experience: at least 3 years working in a marketing or advertising agency, or in higher education.
• Preferred higher education admissions experience.

• Location: West Florida – ideally in the Tampa Bay area.
• A strong work ethic is a MUST. This position will require travel - it is a part of the job. Ability to lift and carry files and materials. Adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to interact with people in person, on the phone, and in writing. The job takes place in normal environmental conditions. The position will require non-standard working hours (nights and weekends) during peak seasons.

Swim’s Campaign Manager role is an advertising role that is at the helm of day-to-day engagement for current clients. As the Account Manager, you’ll manage the execution of enrollment consulting and marketing programs, and design the overall strategy for enrollment growth. This position is also responsible for sustaining client satisfaction through maintaining superb relationships, providing strategic guidance, and delivering quality assurance related to strategic and digital deliverables. You will leverage your smarts, our client's brands, and the Swim network to drive results based on the strategic direction related to improving operations, management, structures, and processes for assigned clients, which could consist of marketing plan development, departmental restructuring, technology implementations, and strategic plan development, in addition to the oversight and execution of accounts you serve.
This position shall be based in West Florida – ideally in the Tampa Bay area.
