What You’ll Get to Do :
As a CACI-WGI (The Wexford Group International) Security Assistance and Security Cooperation Planner (SA/SC Planner) you will serve as the SA/SC planning and policy lead on large, complex projects. You will develop new solutions, process and standards while communicating with parties external to your organization, which includes the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Theater Special Operations Commands and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise, the interagency and its community of interest (COI). You will be responsible for providing planning and policy guidance, coaching, and training to less-experienced employees within the Modernization Analyses, Assessment and Planning functional Group (MAAP) and the Identification, Integration, and Innovations Center (I3C) and across the SOFETOPS enterprise within your area of expertise of SA/SC a nalys is and strategic planning and policy development . You will initiate new SA/SC p lanning and policy initiatives and processes as required. You will organize and implement related program methodologies while coordinating and integrating relevant input and data from other functional groups and technical personnel.
More About this Role :
• Applies senior-level SA/SC subject matter expertise and experience in planning, developing, managing, and executing programs to help build capacities and capabilities in partner nation's SOF.
• Develops and evaluates a library of narrative reports supporting SA/SC.
• Plans, shapes, and manages bilateral and multilateral cooperative objectives and provide expertise in the development of high-level security cooperation engagements to support building partner SOF programs.
• Provides and coordinates support in the development of building partner SOF capacity, security cooperation, emerging and improvised threat strategies and derivative guidance to ensure that building partner capacity and security cooperation efforts against emerging and improvised threats are focused and integrated.
• Supports SOF priorities, appropriate instructions, and other command-directed strategically focused documents to ensure that these publications are presented to external audiences in an integrated, coherent, and focused approach to the improvised and emerging threat fight and are based on current SOF priorities.
• Prepares and reviews briefings, information papers, policies, strategies, and building partner capacity programs as well as staff, task, brief, and report products required to initiate, communicate, and manage such work.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications :
• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
• Bac helor’s degree and three years of experience, or associate degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with five years of directly relevant experience.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real time knowledge management systems.
• Excellent c ommunication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have :
• Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations.
• M ust be able to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
