FLEXpath is adding a Program Manager to their team in Florida

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage the FLEXpath program for Signature facilities in Florida – including, but not limited to; hiring, training and developing, coaching and counseling, and terminating department staff, as deemed necessary
• Manage all FLEXpath staff and coordinate with the support team responsibilities
• Identify and participate in process improvement to improve the FLEXpath success in the Signature facilities.
• Review and audit timecards for inaccuracies and proper facility labor allocations for FLEXpath
• Review worked hours weekly to ensure FLEXpath - stakeholders adhere to specific work agreements
• Coordinate scheduling with area schedulers to ensure 24-hour coverage for all supported facilities
• Review OnShift schedules created and posted by area schedulers
• Work in coordination with HRIS Director to ensure that FLEXpath - stakeholders adhere to attendance policy, meet minimum monthly/quarterly shift threshold, receive on-going training and are scheduled effectively
• Proactively keep HRIS Director up to date on all FLEXpath
• Analyze staffing levels for assigned areas and work with locations to proactively resolve potential staffing issues
• Coordinate scheduling platform training for all FLEXpath - all direct care staff
• Answer staffing hotline and provide support as needed
• Other special projects and duties, as assigned
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required, Nursing degree preferred (RN or LPN)
• Healthcare staffing experience or a minimum of (2) years clinical, related health care experience
• Previous recruiting/talent acquisition experience required
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail / accuracy
• Travel up to 75% of the scheduled work period
