In this Role you will be responsible for:
Responds to Client inquiries and resolves escalation with established policies and procedures
Responsible for monitoring project status and providing updates to leadership and Client on weekly basis
Prepare and provide performance status reports in terms of productivity, Quality and team attendance to track and monitor contractual time frames are met
Produces daily inventory reports and uses them to detect and resolve work in-process issues and manage pending inventory
Serves as the team point of contact for escalations to/from Client, helps team in any IT related issues and ensure that team is enabled to function
Manage end to end Quality Assurance process to meet Quality Goals and target defined by client
Provide regular feedback to team who are struggling to perform (productivity and quality)
Share productivity with team on daily/weekly basis
Manage team attendance to meet company leave policy/process
Required Skills for this role include:
5+ year(s) of experience processing Provider Credentialing applications
5+ year(s) of experience in managing high productive operations delivery team
5+ year(s) of experience in a role that required a focus on quality including attention to detail, accuracy and accountability of work
5+ year(s) using a computer with Windows applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate multiple screens and computer systems, and learn new software tools
An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED.
Proficient in working on MS office tools (primary. Excel, Word and PPT)
People Management skills is "Must Have"
Able to work with client and meet expectation of Client and NTT leadership
Proficient in managing professional level of team members (team size of 12 to 15 with potential to grow)
Pr eference :
Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in a professional office setting
Effective troubleshooting skills where you can leverage your research, analysis and problem-solving skills
Time management skills that require the ability to cope with a complex, changing environment and dynamic operation
Ability to provide constructive feedback which can help to improve the performance of an individual.
