Responsibilities
• Works as the liaison between the Company and its supplier partners in the home goods industry.
• Coordinates the implementation of the Company’s outbound and inbound marketing activities.
• Coordinates the company’s participation in trade shows and industry events.
• Coordinates the research, vetting, hiring, and firing of vendors for marketing-related services.
• Coordinates the execution of effective lead-generating marketing campaigns based on market research.
• Maintains knowledge of emerging products and services.
• Maintains and shares knowledge of the Company’s partners’ business priorities and product lines.
• Contributes to the Kanban board for the Catalog Data and Marketing departments and manages efforts according to Company priorities.
• Identifies and addresses gaps and opportunities in the Company’s products and services.
• Participates in cross-departmental planning and development meetings as needed.
• Participates in client and partner meetings as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of market developments.
• Thorough understanding of marketing tactics and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with G Suite or related software.
Experience Requirements
• At least two years of experience in marketing is required.
• Experience in home furnishings retail sales, eCommerce, or manufacturing is a big plus.

This position will require the following mental requirements; while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to high pressure to high-stress situations. Some travel to job sites and/or offices is required. Must be able to travel and work an extended schedule as needed.
