Job Summary:
The HR Administrator oversees all elements of Human Resource Administration including addressing employee concerns & needs, developing training programs & plans, recruiting new employees, overseeing consistent implementation of the policy manual, developing new policies as needed and/or modifying policies to maintain consistency with corporate and/or other plant policies, conducting annual wage surveys, performance reviews, benefit administration, workman’s compensation, disabilities, wellness program, employee relation activities and other necessary functions consistent with HR responsibility. The Human Resources Administrator is the ISO Management Representative for the facility.

• Service Awards
• Employee Benefit Plans
• Workers Compensation
HR Regulatory Requirements Compliance:
• Ensure all HR related regulatory requirements are met. This includes:OSHA, EEO/Affirmative Action, ADA, FMLA, unemployment and ISO requirements
• Complies with state & federal employment regulations
• Safety Participant
Employee Relations:
• Complete assigned projects for Corporate HR on an as-needed basis.
• Provide support and counsel for hiring and termination procedures.
• Coordinates employee events & recognition program
• Communicate with employees and supervisors on personnel issues, policies, and other employee relation issues.
• Maintain all hourly and salaried personnel records
Employment Support:
• Coordinate performance reviews of all hourly and salaried employees
• Conduct recruiting of hourly and salaried employees, working with Plant and Department
• Maintains attendance records & disciplinary records
• Performs Wage Survey
• Maintains Job Description & Job Fact Sheets
Employee Development:
• Identifying training needs and implements training plans
• Supports Wellness Program
ISO 9001 Management Representative:
• Coordinates external audits with DNV
• Participates in quality steering committee
• Maintains procedure training & reports
• Maintains Florida Plant ISO 9001/2000 Certification
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree (Human Resources, Business Management, or Organization Behavior)
• 2 - 3 years experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
