Prepaid credit card company is seeking experienced customer service agents/call center representatives for their expanding office. First shift opportunities (Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm). The starting pay is up to $17 per hour, depending on experience. Excellent opportunity to grow with the office and company!
As a customer service agent you will take customer payments, answer billing questions, and process card requests. This is a very fast paced position. The most important aspect of this job is always maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. Our customers always come first.
Qualifications:
Ability to type 45+ wpm
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Must have a strong command on the English language, written and verbal
Must be able to multitask.
Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent
