Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist with various Recruiting Department responsibilities and tasks. The selected individual will be responsible for various program administration in recruiting and human resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Acts as the single point of contact for all external recruiting agencies for recruitment of doctors.
• Acts as the single point of contact between all District Managers and temporary agencies for temporary staffing requests
• Manages the temporary employee report for FL, GA, TX, and NV for Staff, Hygiene, and Doctor requests
• Partners with Accounts Payable department to reconcile all outgoing payments against the temporary personnel report.
• Works to manage current relationship with temporary staffing agencies and build new ones where required
• Post on job boards, including LinkedIn, to advertise opportunities and attract new candidates
• Partner with schools to utilize their job boards for postings
• Manage all recruiting events by submitting registrations, schedule hotel accommodations, work with logistics on booth schedule, submit credit card authorizations, complete certificate of insurance, pack materials and keep up with deadlines.
• Assist Associate Vice President of HR and Recruiting on additional duties, as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and time management skills required.
• Ability to develop alternative solutions to problems; comparing and analyzing data; preparing clear, concise, thorough, meaningful, and grammatically correct written reports, letters, memoranda, and other documents.
• Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems software including, but not limited to Word and Excel. Experience with PowerPoint is helpful.
Qualifications: (Experience, Education, Licensure, Certifications)
• At least two (2) years of recruiting and/or human resources experience required.
